What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash: Please have cash payments visible on the kitchen counter once we arrive. If payment is not visible, services will not be provided and a missed cleaning fee equal to 50% of the cost of your cleaning will apply.
Credit Card: Invoices will be sent out via our online payment processor. Credit card payments are to be paid no later than the night before your scheduled cleaning. If payment is not received, a missed cleaning fee equal to 75% of the cost of your cleaning will apply.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for your team?
We want to be as efficient and thorough as possible. We ask you to pick up toys, laundry, household items and clutter before we arrive. Make sure to leave out fresh linens to change your sheets (if applicable to your package) and any garbage bags needed to change your trash. No need to make everything spotless before we come. That is what we are for! We also reserve the right to provide a new pricing/refuse service on your home cleaning if your home is extremely dirty.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured with a State Farm business policy for your protection and ours. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Do you bring your own supplies?
We bring all of the supplies needed to make your home sparkle. Our products are made in-house and are safe on all surfaces. However, if you have any specialty products or tools you want us to use, please let us know and leave it visible.
What if I need to cancel, skip a cleaning or reschedule?
Cancelling: If you cancel or skip a regular cleaning with more than 24 hours notice, a missed cleaning fee equal to 50% of the cost of your cleaning will apply. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a missed cleaning fee equal to 75% of the cost of your cleaning will apply.
Rescheduling: Rescheduled cleanings are subject to availability and no fee is charged if rescheduling occurs.
Is there a guarantee for your services?
We do our best to make sure you are satisfied the very first time. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area of concern at no charge.
Do I need to be home? How will you enter if I am not home?
Absolutely not! We will be happy to come and make your dreams come true while you’re not home. Please let us know how to access your home while you are away prior to our arrival. You can provide us with an access code, leave a key in a secure location or provide a key to our staff to keep on file. For the safety of your home and our staff, doors cannot be left unlocked for us to access your home. PLEASE NOTE: If we cannot access your home, a missed cleaning fee equal to 75% of the cost of your cleaning will apply.
How many crew members will come to my home? Will they be the same each time?
We are a small, owner-operated company and we come in a team of two.
I would like some things done I do not see listed on your site. Are you able to accommodate?
We would love to speak with you about what you need cleaned and will do our very best to accommodate those things you do not see listed on our website. Please make sure to speak with us prior to our arrival to discuss.
I would like deep cleaning, do you provide that?
For homes that are heavily soiled and/or haven’t been cleaned in over four weeks, we recommend a deep clean to ensure your home gets the attention it deserves. We also reserve the right to provide a new pricing on your home cleaning if your home is extremely dirty and/or large.
Do I need to secure my pets?
We love pets, and will be very careful around them. Please let us know in advance what kind of pets you have so we can take care to not startle them or accidentally let them outside. We also ask that you secure them as appropriate in case visitors make them nervous.
